RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
|
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sale contract within ten working days from the date of product delivery. A written withdrawal notice must be sent by registered mail to the following address within the aforesaid period:

Products must be returned before and not later than 15 days from the date of product delivery by sending it to:

The Customer shall bear all costs to return products. All items must be returned unopened and in the same status they have been received. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product unless www.occhialissimi.com may reserve the right to not make the reimbursement.
In case of payment methods which differ from credit card, customers shall provide bank details where they wish the refund to be made. The refund will be made as soon as possible and before 30 days from receiving the refund request. Shipping costs and all return costs will be deducted from the paid amount.

| SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DHL Servizio Express Worldwide is the carrier used by www.occhialissimi.com to ship your purchased products.
Delivery costs will be calculated according to the weight and the geographic destination. In order to see the approximate cost sheet, please chick here.
DHL Express Worldwide fees which apply on the shipment of goods outside European Union include custom declaration costs as per Ministerial Decree No. 060788 and further modifications. Possible custom rights (custom duties, VAT, ect.) are on customers charge.
For outbound international Time Shipping to no-standard service areas, DHL applies an extra charge (Remote Area Service) equal to 17.50 euro each shipment.Postcode list where Remote Area Service applies is available on www.dhl.it
Customer shall have to check the product status upon delivery; after that he/she shall have to undersign the receipt papers.

www.occhialissimi.com shall not have any responsibility for inefficiencies due to force majeur such as, for example, accidents, explosions, fires, demonstrations, earthquakes, floods and similar accidents which might prevent completely or in part the delivery of ordered products according to the scheduled time.
www.occhialissimi.com is not responsible for eventual fraudolent and illicit use of credit cards, cheques and other payment methos by third parties.
www.occhialissimi.com has no access to your credit card information since they are directly managed by the bank corporation through the online secure system

CUSTOMER DUTIES |
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the customer shall have to print and guard the details of the purchased products as well as these sale terms and conditions that he/she accepted during the purchase procedure as per articles 52 and 53 of Law Decree No. 205/06.
It is strictly forbidden to provide false data during the registration process. The use of personal information and contact details of third parties is strictly forbidden.
In order to safeguard all its customers interest, www.occhialissimi.com reserves the rights to take legal action against any violation or abuse.
The customer releases www.occhialissimi.com from any liability deriving from the issue of wrong tax documents due to incorrect or false data provided by the customer since he/she is the only person in charge to enter them correctly.
